Frankie Lymon & Teenagers

Artist Spotlight #11-Frankie Lymon & The Teenagers-they came from the Bronx, New York and they would feature the 13-year old lead voice of Frankie Lymon. They would come on the music scene in the early part of 1956 but the success of the group was short lived-Frankie Lymon did have a little bit of solo success.

The biggest hit in their career would enter the nation’s Top 40 on February 18 1956, peaking at #6-“Why Do Fools Fall In Love”.
