Frankie Lymon & Teenagers

Artist Spotlight #11-Frankie Lymon & The Teenagers. They came from the Bronx, New York and they featured the 13-year old lead voice of Frankie Lymon. They would come on the music scene in the early part of 1956 but the success of the group was short lived. Frankie Lymon did have a little bit of solo success.

The biggest hit in their career would enter the nation’s Top 40 on February 18 1956, peaking at #6-“Why Do Fools Fall In Love”.
