Artist Spotlight #14-Eddie Cochran. Ray Edward Cochran was born in 1938 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma-he was raised in Albert Lea, Minnesota. He would become an early rock icon in the early days of rock and roll. A tragic car accident would take his life at the age of 21, but he still would find his way into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame.
