This group would come from Andover, England and they would feature Reg Presley, Chris Britton, Pete Staples and Ronnie Bullis. In the summer of 1966 they would go to #1 in the country with “Wild Thing”. In September of 1966 they would enter the nation’s Top 40 with “With A Girl Like You” They were the Troggs and in March of 1968 they would enter the nation’s Top 40 with “Love Is All Around” (this song peaked at #7).
