Frederick Anthony Picariello Jr. was born December 4, 1936 in Revere, Massachusetts. He would be known to us by his stage name of Freddie Cannon. He would have 22 records that would hit the Billboard charts. His first hit in 1959 was Tallahassee Lassie” and now from the summer of 1962 he would do “Palisades Park”.
