Entering the charts in March of 1931 was a record called “Would You Like To Take A Walk” by a performer who was born Herbert Pryor Vallee . He would be known as Rudy Vallee.

From February 1945, Margaret Whiting and the Orchestra of Billy Butterfield and “Moonlight In Vermont”.

From October of 1970- a trio from England, led by Jeff Christie. They were called Christie and their hit was “Yellow River”.
